I opened an account with PNC bank. After opening it, it would not let me deposit or transfer funds into the account. Since PNC clearly does not want me as a customer or they would allow me to use the account, I attempted to close it. When I tried to close the account the person just kept arguing with me and refused to help me close the account. So they will not let me use it, but will not let me close it.
