My name is XXXX XXXX please add this new issue complaint to XXXX XXXX I need claim number XXXX transaction date XXXX transaction name is XXXX XXXX XXXX sent on amount is {$200.00} I need to appeal this denied claim number for {$200.00} claim number is XXXX because I disagree with the decision because I never received the service for it and I contact XXXX to see if they can help me get my money back but they say I will have to contact my bank to dispute it etc. When you yall appeal the decision to have them reopen the claim to investigate again it tell them this to put credit reserved on hold for XXXX tell them don't take it out of account on XXXX put it on hold until the investigation is done and for the dispute claim type it was disputed wrong it was supposed be disputed as never received service not dispute as Different service But when I called back in the same day after I file it to confirm the dispute type the lady agent told me it was filed as different service not service not received and I told her I told the last agent to dispute it as service not received and she told me she will note down on my account and dispute claim history comment as a statement I called in saying it was supposed to be for service not received etc I want y'all to reopen the dispute claim and investigate it again or reinvestigate it again and change the dispute type to service not received and appeal it etc.
