On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested for EXPERIAN to do a reinvestigation of this XXXX XXXX XXXX listed on my credit report. ON XX/XX/XXXX EXPERIAN verified the account as accurate which is completely false because I have documentation showing this inaccuracy. I sent in documentation showing why this XXXX XXXX XXXX account was not accurate and demanded it be deleted but EXPERIAN refused. Since XX/XX/XXXX all civil public records to have a name, address, and a Social Security number or date of birth before appearing on credit records from the three nationwide credit reporting companies. My documentation will show that all the requirements to report a civil judgement on my credit report have not been met and they still refused to delete it. This a clear violation of my FCRA rights. I'm filing this complaint because I intend on to taking legal action in the near future.
