XX/XX/year> I applied for a mortgage loan with Axia Home Loans. I provided all documentation needed, check stubs, letter of employment gaps, student loan information and right to purchase document from homepartners. On XXXX, I was advised by XXXX XXXX I can exercised by right to purchase my home and put the 3 day notice in. All i would need is XXXX to close. XXXX I was told there was an employment discrepancy and that XXXX doesn't qualify as still employed and starts the timeliness over for my employment. I was then told I was no longer approved after getting the money, making arrangements and payments with student loans per their instruction. The detriment has been a stain for the last XXXX years.
