And continue to violate 15 U.S. Code 8 16815-2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies ( a ) DUTY OF FURNISHERS OF INFORMATION TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION. This erroneous information is ruining my credibility, and I would like it removed entirely from my credit report. List of inaccurate information : the reporting of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is inaccurate and must be deleted as INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT, which makes the reporting of these accounts Inaccurate. Once again, 15 U.S. Code 8 16815-2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies ( a ) DUTY OF FURNISHERS OF INFORMATION TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION PROHIBITION ( A ) Reporting Information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency If the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the data is inaccurate. Duty : a moral or legal obligation ; a responsibility. Accurate : correct in all details ; exact. PROHIBITION : a law or regulation forbidding something As Defined by the IRS.
