Section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) : Consumer reporting agencies are prohibited from furnishing an account without my written consent or instructions. This provision has not been followed in my case. Section 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) : No consumer report should contain any adverse information that predates the report by more than seven years, which I believe applies to some of the information listed. Section 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) : A person shall not furnish inaccurate information to any consumer reporting agency if they know or have reasonable cause to believe the information is inaccurate.
