Consumer Narrative
Aldous and associates were asked by the manager of the fitness center to completely remove the collection off of my credit report due to the fact that the debt was paid directly to the gym prior to the collection being applied to my credit file. An associate of Aldous and associates confirmed in email that the collection would be removed/deleted. It is still on my credit report as of today. This collection needs to be deleted immediately as it is having a negative impact on my business.
