I just received my credit report and some accounts on my report are incomplete and inaccurate which is a violation of! 5 USC 1681e ( b ). The Credit Bureau Experian CFBP and all related creditors have also violated USC 1681 s-2 ( a ) & ( B ) and 15 USC 1681I ( 5 ) ( A ) ( I ) & ( II ). On top of these erroneous violations, the Credit Bureau Experian, CFBP, and all related creditors did not adhere to all FCRA and METRO 2 format reporting standards. Any person who has the ability to fix this matter and fails to will be held liable under 15 usc1681n which is civil liability for willful noncompliance. Accounts : XXXX.
