Both of these fit my issue with Kinum 's agent XXXX XXXX ( VA location ) She Used obscene, profane, or other abusive language over the phone and after I told her to stop contacting me she continued to do so. I am writing to formally complain about XXXX XXXX ( VA location ) and her unprofessional, shocking, and downright appalling behavior during our recent phone and email interactions. She represents your company, Kinum, in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way imaginable. Her actions have left me angry, frustrated, and utterly shocked. During our interactions, she mocked my employment status, made inappropriate comments, and even threatened me by referencing my full address in an email, asking, Is this you? She also mentioned that Kinum has my full address, birthday, and Social Security number, which came across as a clear intimidation tactic. Such conduct is beyond unacceptableits outrageous and unethical. I demand that all communications, including calls and emails, be reviewed to confirm her behavior. Her remarks about how I pay my rent and her sarcasmsuch as saying, Seems like you dont have a car or a job. Stay warmI bet its cold out thereare insulting, degrading, and completely uncalled for. This is not how a customer or anyone should be treated, especially by someone acting on behalf of a professional organization. This kind of behavior is a disgrace to your companys reputation, and I urge you to take immediate and decisive action. I expect a full investigation into this matter and appropriate disciplinary measures to ensure that no other customer experiences such mistreatment. I can not believe a company like Kinum allows this type of conduct from its employees. Please know that I am taking this matter very seriously and will be following up daily until I receive confirmation that this has been fully addressed and resolved. I will also be exploring all other avenues, including filing complaints with the CFPB, FTC, and my state attorney general, if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution.
