In XXXX I did not receive goods or services from a company. I contacted XXXX and told them that the company did not produce the service for me. XXXX told me to contact the company. I contacted the company and they said to contact XXXX being XXXX is the company that you actually have debt with. I contacted XXXX again and they said they'd place the charge as fraudulent and contact me within 48 hrs. They never responded. In XXXX I believe of this year I received a 30 day late. I contacted XXXX again to which they said they'll investigate it but kept the account on my profile. I've watched my score go from a XXXX to XXXX. I filed a fraud report to Experian regarding this and they've failed to remove it from my Experian report. I contacted Experian and asked how they verified this account and they said through XXXX. Courts ruled that they had to do their own investigation and could not just rely on the third party. I was denied a loan of a XXXX because of this.
