I was involved in several national data breaches ( neglectful Equifax being one. ) As a result my information has been stolen then sold on dark web to the highest bidder ; only then be used fraudulently without my knowledge to open many different accounts. I have been battling these fraudulent charges and accounts for many years and countless hours. XXXX, Equifax and XXXX has made this process extremely difficult and nearly a winless battle. I filed to have these charges removed and blocked using section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which requires these above mentioned agencies to remove and block the fraudulent information on my credit report from or as a result of identity theft within XXXX ( XXXX ) business days. If these credit agencies are unable to promptly notifye furnisher ( s ) of the listed information see [ 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ] section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and i have also requested these listed agencies send the required notifications to all furnishers of this information on all accounts listed in original complaint ( s ). The above listed organizations have failed to comply in the timely manner set forth by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I ask for the original reports to be blocked and removed. The time frame is not negotiable.
