I noticed a fraudulent activity from XXXX XXXX which is linked with TD Bank system. I never opened an account with XXXX XXXX through TD Bank XXXX XXXX. This is an identity theft issue. There were unauthorized payments to my XXXXXXXX XXXX account from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. For example, the payments were withdrawn every month in the amount of {$61.00}, {$35.00}, and {$31.00}. I thought they were payments for my phone carrier bill. But they were not. Someone used my identity to pay the unknown product I did not authorize. The total amount XXXX XXXX charged to my XXXXXXXX XXXX account is approximately over {$2100.00}. Therefore, I closed my XXXX checking account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from TD Retail Card Services. It said " This letter is in response to your report of a fraudulently opened account in your name. We have closed the above referenced account to prevent its future use. You will not be responsible for any purchases made on this account. '' But the company opened another account in my name to receive remaining payments for purchases made by the identity theft. On XX/XX/XXXX, they company mailed me another letter saying " Please be advised, due to the unauthorized transaction, account ending in XXXX was closed for your security, and a new account number ending in XXXX was established. Please refer to your next billing statement for your account number and minimum monthly payment. '' This is fraudulent because I never requested to open another account after I noticed the unauthorized transactions in my XXXX bank account. This doesn't make sense at all. Today, XXXX XXXX keep sending bills with late fee charge to make payments for the remaining balance of {$380.00} due by XX/XX/XXXX. The company continue sending bills after they acknowledged its fraudulently charged payments of approximately XXXX XXXX This is fraud. I have no reason to receive bills from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have attached all the files of fraudulently charged payments in my closed XXXX bank account. I also attached all the documents received from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
