I have received several phone calls from an unknown number. Several times tried to reach out to the caller to find out what the calls were about. the calls were always late at night or even in the late evenings. Today as of XX/XX/year> I answered a call from ( XXXX ) XXXX who claimed to be a debt collector, from a " Credence Resource Managment, '' a so-called debt collection company. He made false statements and was unprofessional. I have never seen any mail or calls from the company XXXX so I doubt this accurate. I asked for an itemized list and he refused to mail it. He and his company have no proof of this debt, I would like this to be looked into by your agency. This is my first consumer complaint, please contact me if you need more information.
