This is about a debt that I requested documentation to show proof, none was provided. A private processor falsified information saying I was contacted and I was not, I also requested proof, none was provided. An extension of a judgment was attempted to extend 10 years and again I never had any knowledge until I checked records for something else. I motioned to have extension vacated because I never was contacted and debt was not mine, no proof ever provided. The case lapsed, dismissed and the court closed XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX sold to BCG Equities in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX garnished my bank account. I have contacted the law firm as well as sent in proof, now I can not get anyone on the phone, I am put on hold and it disconnects. Both of these companies are known for scamming and unlawfully going after people.
