This is about my previous complaint. XXXX I attempted to start a repayment plan via the app, but the wrong account number for payment was on it. I canceled the payment and attempted to update the payment method, but the app did not allow me to do so. I have been attempting to contact Capital One for months requesting help. they refuse to help me. They have sense charged off my account and done a lot of damage to my credit score. Please help me.
