XXXX XXXX is a Fraud. They Illegally closed out my credit card account in XX/XX/XXXX with Milestone and damaged my credit report time and time again. I reached out to XXXX in an attempt to make an agreement and XXXX XXXX engaged indenial and told me the card was closed because a debt management company that represents me requested the account be closed. Thats the furthest from the truth. So, on XXXX I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX phone to find out what had happened, and they specifcally told me they DID NOT request an account closure. However they did tell me that they had not represented me since XXXX and that they negioiated a deal with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and they told me that XXXX XXXX agreed to a new deal which in return was ( 1. Stop all Late Fees, 2. No Interest to be Charged, 3. Stop Overlimit Charges, 4. Agreed to a $ XXXX Monthly Payment ) there was no mention of closing the account down. I tried in good faith to establish an agreement with XXXX XXXX for me to pay my debt off in 4 easy payments in return for removal of the bad credit files in which they illegally reported to the Credit Bureaus violating the agreement they made with the debt management company. But instead of establishing professionalism they placed me on hold where a few minutes on hold someone picked upnand then hung up the call. Totally Disrepectful and Uncalled For
