To : Credit Reporting Agencies Subject : Request for Immediate Removal of Unverifiable Account Dear Credit Reporting Department, I am writing to inform you of the deletion of a {$530.00} XXXX XXXX charge-off account from my XXXX credit report. The dispute regarding this account was investigated, and the results of the investigation, completed on XX/XX/year>, concluded that the account was deleted from my XXXX report.
