I initially went into the XXXX XXXX after I closed on the home on XX/XX/XXXX to get my E-Withdrawals setup. I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX location and was helped by XXXX XXXX XXXX while there I asked it there was a way for me to make bi-weekly payments instead of a monthly payment, I was told I was only able to make scheduled monthly payments. This was all set up and everything went smoothly until XX/XX/XXXX. The mortgage went from {$1400.00} to {$1800.00}. I received a letter from Fulton Bank, N.A. Member FDIC on XX/XX/XXXX warning me of this change to my mortgage amount. Upon receiving this letter I obviously panicked and jumped to the conclusion that there must have been some sort of mistake. I made it a point to call their Customer Support Number : XXXX. I spent about 2 hours trying to call in and having issues with their verification code system, they texted me several codes I needed to provide during the phone call, none of them worked and I decided since they were obviously not reachable through phone calls I would need to go in person to a branch in town.
