On XX/XX/year>, my wife gave birth in XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX did not have XXXX coverage at that time. We were told that the process would take a month for him to obtain coverage. In the mean time, we can still go for check up and services after birth for him. We can claim it with XXXX later and the bills would be paid. When our XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX coverage, we forwarded the bills for payment immediately. However, XXXX XXXX still sent us bill and request for payment. When we called them, they told us that we did not have insurance coverage for our XXXX XXXX XXXX. We provided our insurance information to them to clear things up. However, they refused to listen and they insisted that we don't have coverage because the name on the insurance does not match the name in their system. The name on their system is XXXX XXXX and the name on our insurance is XXXX XXXX XXXX. They insisted that we owe the amount and we should stop playing games and start paying bills. They hung up on us after a few rude remarks. In fact, they have the wrong name on their billing system. We tried to tell them the issue but they refused to listen.
