Chime Financial, uncertified as Chime bank yet claims they arent a bank, closed my account in XXXX. I attempted to dispute a fraudulent ACH on XX/XX/XXXX via email with Chime and they refused to accept the dispute referencing the account closure. Additionally, they refused to refund the nearly {$12000.00} in my account. Eventually after CFPB intervention they issued a refund check as I had provided all the required documentation. Now, 5 months later, Chime finally accepted my dispute. On XX/XX/year> Chime closed my dispute in my favor and issued a credit of {$20000.00}. Now, Chime is yet again refusing to issue a refund check, stating my account is ineligible for a refund. This company is abhorrent and does not comply to regulatory standards. They have received every document they requested and their agents do nothing more than read from a script.
