On XX/XX/year> was reviewing my consumer reports and noticed that Credit Corp Solutions INC, DBA Tasman Credit Corp has parked an alleged debt upon my consumer report. Credit Corp Solutions INC and I do not have any contracts for credit in place and they have not been given any permissible purpose to inquire or place any alleged accounts upon my consumer report. Have requested that they provide debt validation as required under model form B and an assignment contract and they have not provided the items as required under the FDCPA, yet they are still continuing to report this alleged debt upon my consumer report. It seems as if they have committed some type of aggravated identity theft to place this alleged debt upon my consumer report and their continued attempts at collecting on a debt that they are unable to validate and have no assignment contracts for.
