Midland management credit sued me for credit card debt, but they bought the debt, and when filing the lawsuit, they presented it incomplete, without important documents, such as the 1099-c, the authorization from the defendant where it is explained that she accepts the debt, my debt was with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX not Midland management credit, they did not add the breakdown of the credit card expenses, they only added the total amount of the debt, they are accusing me of unlawful enrichment, but they are not proving how I became rich, because they did not send the documents to support the lawsuit, they did not send me a letter 5 or 6 days before informing me that they had bought the debt, and I have a hard inquiries on my credit report because of them, they know that debt was a charge off and was closed by XXXX XXXX and it reported the debt as a loss to the IRS. and they did not send me the document of the debt losses, and they are claiming in the lawsuit that they suffered losses when that part is not true.
