XXXX XXXX XXXX removed my installment loan from my credit file due to them saying the accounts was suppressed due to XXXX without notifying me. However the installment is paid in for for 72 months. Ive talked with several people. Finally a supervisor XXXX said he will send those documents, which he never did. On XX/XX/year> talked with a XXXX she did send documents out. Within that process I uploaded them to all credit bureaus and was notified that they cant reinstate the installment back on with the proof, and that its the creditor responsibility to reinstate it like they removed it. Ive been going back and forward with a loan that has been paid out. All Im getting is account is closed. This needs to be on my report.
