The vehicle was deemed a total loss back XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX. The insurance company paid out a settlement to the finance company and GAP coverage paid the rest. The consumer reporting agency keeps reporting the account and says the the account is 30 days late when the account was never late and the payments went through and processed.
