I applied for a forbearance with my original loan company due to job loss. When I got a new job I was told to pay XXXX XXXX XXXX which I did. My mortgage was sold the selene. They refused to take any payment after applying for a trial period I made 3 payments. They haven't let me make any payments since. Every time I call I get a run around and no answers it's been 3 months. I'm a veteran and this is ridiculous.
