On different occasions I have disputed the account for my XXXX XXXX XXXX car loan that erroneously appears 9 late payments on my Experian, XXXX and XXXX credit report without having an effective response to the request, and I even made a report where I notified that I had requested a payment extension and these were not taken into account. I explained it and also sent it, but it is noted by Experian, XXXX and XXXX that they did. not conducting an efficient investigation to determine that those late payments that appear on my XXXX XXXX XXXX credit report do not belong to me, MY LOAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN PAID ON THE PAYMENT DATES this information is affecting me since it harms me when applying for my mortgage loan I have been a very responsible person and I pay all my bills on time and this is demonstrated by the other active accounts that are currently reporting and that is why I request that these erroneous late payments that appear in EXPERIAN, XXXX AND XXXX be removed from my credit report in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 USC section 1681i. This information shown below is the erroneous information shown in Experian, XXXX and XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX : CURRENT, WAS PAST DUE 60 DAYS Remove it from my credit report.
