Since about XXXX of 2024 they have misappropriated my funds & then I began getting collection calls even though I make an automatic payment for XXXX the amount of my mortgage every XXXX from my bank account. There was a previous company handling payments & I never had an issue and actually was ahead on my mortgage payments. This has been a nightmare. I have spoken to several supervisors who stated they fixed it but they have not I just got another statement showing Im behind again, which is impossible. Im not talking to them anymore this is an accounts receivable issue they need to fix & I warned them if it wasnt after XXXX months now of them moving the funds that were applied incorrectly & reversing fees that if I received one more notice showing it incorrect I would make a complaint because I cant be the only who is having this issue with them. I shouldnt have to spend my time calling waiting forever to get someone on the phone to fix this only for it to happen again.
