Consumer Narrative

I had filed a couple previous complaints and am asking if this new complaint and information can reopen the previous two cases I had to replace my battery not long ago and the receipt is attached, I also was informed that upon getting my mainfold bolts replaced on passenger side only, that my ABS Module Sensor was bad, my Heater will need to be replaced due to no heat, and that i will need to reschedule another day so that my drivers side maifold bolts can be fixed as well. Upon, Leaving the VA, I went to XXXX next door, I pulled out a Blower motor Relay to check if it was blown and the ABS Module relay, in which, XXXX relays had some corrision on them, I went into XXXX to see hiw much these relays would be. Upon leaving XXXX, I started the truck fine and let it warm up a little more, I than went to put the Truck into Reverse and found the I could not shift from park to reverse. Upon exiting the Truck, Observed that the headlights flashed several times, than I found that my rear light tail light was the only one working as to my drivers side headlight only worked, I reset the eletronic control module by touching the positive and negative battery cables together for 30 secs. The end result was the same. When calling XXXX Premium Extended Warranty for Approval, They informed me that it would cover XXXX, meaning to me that the tow was covered, I get a call from the towing company informing me of an unpaid balance of XXXX dollars which needed to be paid first? Not understanding any of this I paid it, the tow truck driver didnt understand why that was said when my warranty covered the deductable for XXXX dollars. I am asking if there is anything you can do or make any calls to Credit Acceptance or XXXX in order for me to get a rental car at there expense come Monday afternoon as the truck has been sitting at the Mechanic Shop since Tbursday and wont be looked and diaginosed until monday and hard telling when all other items will be fix and how long it will take. I feel that Credit Acceptance should be become more liable an or enforce the vechile contract onto the sellers at this point and make them liable as they would have me if i was to violate the purchase argeement that was signed by me and the seller. The seller sold me a truck and hidden details about the truck and did not disclose the vechile history or repairs thst the truck has gone through, in which i did not become aware thst they were suppose to when until i reread through the vechile contract.
