XXXX individual {$350.00} withdrawals made from checking account to a fraudulent XXXX accounts during the period of XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year>. Wells Fargo was notified of this action and referred all their investigations to a " Claims Assistance Center '' which made an unsupported determination that the transactions were authorized by a party to the account. We, as the account holders, made multiple attempts to demonstrate that these withdrawals were fraudulent ; including numerous phone calls to the bank, written correspondence on several occasions and filing police and FBI reports. The bank disregarded this information and made the decision to deny our claim for compensation. After repeated attempts to obtain the internal documents that XXXX XXXX used to make the incorrect determination ; we finally received ( later than originally promised ) XXXX pages of gibberish that only demonstrated that the XXXX of the joint account holders had logged onto the mobile app for this account 3 times during this period for legitimate banking reasons ( XXXX separate dates vs. XXXX dates when the funds were fraudulently distributed by the bank ). The Well Fargo information also notes that " Card Authorization was not performed, or some other problem prevented verification ''. We called the bank Claims Assistance Center on XX/XX/year> for an explanation of the information that they sent us on XX/XX/year> ( received on/about XX/XX/year> ). They assured us that a representative would call on XX/XX/year> ; as was the case on multiple other attempts to obtain information and feedback directly- this return call is yet to occur as of XX/XX/year>.
