Experian, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX are all in willful violation of FCRA 1681N due to discrimination practices and failing to closely monitor identity theft. I informed all of possible identity theft and three times my wallet was stolen with all my information including bank account numbers and social security cards. I reported this information to the above stated names but nothing was done. A fraudulent company requested my information to the above said names and not only did the companies above provide my information, the fraudulent company ( The XXXX XXXX XXXX ) accessed my account and added themselves as my place of employment.15 USC 1681B I did not get paid by the company and they have access to all my information. XXXX XXXX XXXX was also added right afterwards as my place of employment. I have security freeze on all three credit bureaus but other places of employment still accessed information. Experian continues to charge me XXXX for being a member but I did not sign up for anything to be charged. I have so many hard inquiries from a dealership sending out multiple request for credit on my account. They also provide false information. My privacy rights have been violated and I demand something be done or I will start lawsuit. 18 USC 1028 please advise or assist.
