- The international wire was originated on XX/XX/XXXX. - The money could have been credited on my account on XX/XX/XXXX but still hasn't arrived on XX/XX/XXXX. - I called American Express Rewards Checking to look into the matter on XX/XX/XXXX. They asked for the OMAD number. At the same time, the informed me that I'm not able to receive foreign wires on my account, which is interesting because I have been receiving foreign wires in the past. The last one was credited on my account in XXXX. Regardless, if this is correct, they should have rejected the wore and sent the money back to the originator that they didn't do. - The originator bank is in XXXX, called XXXX XXXX XXXX, started their investigation on XX/XX/XXXX. They reached out to American Express via wire message that they didn't receive a response from.
