I been banking with Chime for about three months. Everything was fine until my direct deposit was late and they took money away from me, denied my claims of disputes and never activated XXXX feature, despite paying off my balance and having the requirements for XXXX feature. Next thing I know I threaten chime that I won't be using these features and I wake up the next day with an email saying that Chime closed my account. I had a bunch of refunds in the process and direct deposit but now it's all lost. I know for a fact it was a XXXX who banned me because I did not violate any policy. Not only did Chime took my {$150.00}, they failed to act upon their own policy. It states that a requirement of {$200.00} was required. I have them {$760.00} direct deposit and they took the {$150.00} and never activated XXXX feature.
