I woke up on XXXX XXXX and looked in my wallet to realize my Wells Fargo card was missing I do not know when I lost it because I dont physically use my debit card so I have no idea who stole it or when they did it is not lost because I checked every where someone would of had to steal it because I dont take out my wallet and I dont live with anyone or are around any people unless in public. So I logged in and checked my account and saw that {$410.00} was missing from my account in XXXX XXXX deposits linked to a XXXX XXXX named XXXX so someone trying to impersonate me because once again I have never had an XXXX XXXX and still dont till this day and never will I would have typed my full name. And I do not own XXXX XXXX I have XXXX XXXX. So I immediately knew they were fraudulent because and reported them and called Wells Fargo. On the phone the lady ordered me a new card and told me there would be an investigation on my account for a fraud claim and would notify me in in XXXX business days with a decision. Fast forward 14 days later I check to see whats taking so long because they said they would notify me. I checked on my fraud through the app wich they did not tell me on the phone and saw that my claim was closed the same day. That makes no sense because the banks are closed on weekends and holidays and it was XXXX so my claim was probably closed by the person on the phone and she did not tell me or notify me at all I was waiting 14 days for a response so much time wasted. I couldnt feed my self put gas in my car or get to work because I had no money and Wells Fargo did nothing to help so I am now today reporting this incident because I do not know what else to do that was all my money. And also it says dispute reason is that I didnt remember making this transaction I never said that on the phone I told her specifically I did not make this transactionshe typed I did not remember making this transaction or that my card was lost or stolen she took no effort on my claim and just pushed it to the side. The claim number is # XXXX
