I sent certified mail to the Credit reporting agency to investigate incorrect, invalid, and impermissible information pertaining to my credit report regarding a XXXX XXXX account with the account number - XXXX. After conducting a full investigation I was told the referred account has not been changed and will remain on my credit report. Earlier this year I made a complaint to the CFPB about this same company furnishing all of this invalidated data without my written consent. I, The consumer should be protected under SECTION 15 United States Code 1681 in its entirety. The negligence to uphold these standards and willful non compliance to maintain accurate reporting is extremely disheartening as it is very damaging to my reputation causing me extreme stress, XXXX XXXX, and making it very difficult for me to maintain financial stability. I have attached proof to validate my claims. Please investigate this matter immediately. Thank you for your time.
