Subject : Dispute of Inaccurate Information on Consumer Report I am writing to dispute the inaccurate information furnished on my consumer report that your agency has provided to third parties. The presence of inaccurate information on my credit report is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) as specified in 15 USC 1681. The specific violations under the FCRA Include 15 USC 1681 ( e ) ( b ) and 15 USC 1681s-2. I have thoroughly reviewed the consumer report that I obtained from your agency, and I have identified several items that are factually incorrect and detrimental to my creditworthiness. These inaccuracies have caused severe financial harm and have negatively impacted my ability to secure loans and credit on fair terms. Consequently, I am requesting a thorough investigation into the disputed items and verification of their accuracy in accordance with 15 USC 1681 ( e ) ( b ). Furthermore, as per 15 USC 1681s-2, I request that you promptly notify the data furnishers associated with the disputed information about my dispute. They are providing inaccurate information and under 15 USC 1681s-2 they are prohibited by law to furnish information that they know is inaccurate or have reason to believe is inaccurate. You must inform them that the information in question is under dispute, and they must cease reporting this information until a thorough investigation has been completed. The Following accounts contains multiple inaccurate information : I demand that you conduct a comprehensive and impartial investigation within the time frame mandated by the FCRA, which is 30 days from the date of receipt of this dispute letter. Failure to adhere to these requirements will be regarded as a violation of federal law. Upon the completion of your investigation, I expect to receive a written report of the results along with a copy of my updated credit report reflecting the necessary deletions. If your investigation reveals that any of the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, you must take immediate action to rectify this matter in compliance with 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ). Additionally, I insist that you provide me with written statement confirming that the inaccuracies have been corrected and that the updated credit report has been sent to all parties who have received my consumer report within the past two years. Please be advised that I am fully aware of my rights under the FCRA, and I am prepared to pursue all legal remedies available to me should you fail to comply with the laws requirements. As per the Metro2 Reporting Guidelines and the FCRA, I request that you initiate a comprehensive investigation into the disputed items promptly. This includes conducting a Metro2 complaint investigation and contacting the data furnishers associated with the inaccurate information. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, I expect a timely response and resolution of this dispute in compliance with the FCRA. Anything other than deletions and updates will result in me seeking monetary damages for each inaccuracy that shows on these credit accounts! Exhibit A, B, C is my dispute putting Transunion on notice about the inaccurate information being reported on my report and also my proof of receipt. I also attached Transunion responds to my dipute. Exhibit 1 and 2 is my responds to Transunion reply requesting in good faith pursuant rule 1002 a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information used in verifying these accounts as accurate I have also attach a brief look at my Transunion report from my XXXX Exhibit 3-14. Exhibit 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 showing inaccurate information XXXX XXXX XXXX is not s howing the correct account. Also Exhibit 6 reporting this account as a chargeoff/collection.The account is inaccurate! Based on the fact that its reporting as a chargeoff/collection. The amount is not a chargeoff/collection. The account is paid in full! So how is it being reported as a chargeoff/collection? Exhibit 7, 8 is more inaccurate information with XXXX listed as a chargeoff/collection and the account is {$0.00} balance! Exhibit 9, 10 XXXX with more inaccurate information showing on my consumer report as a chargeoff/collection and the account is clearly {$0.00} balance! How is it a chargeoff/collection XXXX? Exhibit 11 will be a direct HIPPA violation! Please attach copies of any agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he or she agreed to pay the creditor, and, as this is a medical account, a copy of any HIPPA authorization The presence of inaccurate information on my credit report is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) as specified in 15 USC 1681.
