I filed a complaint requesting validation of debt by collection agency. In the request I am requesting the assignment contract agreement I was sent an copy of a loan Agreemnt and Installment note. Which is not what I asked for I need a copy of the assignment contract. A loan agreement is not the same as an assignment contract. A loan agreement outlines the terms of a loan between a lender and borrower, while an assignment contract is the document used to transfer rights and obligations under existing contract. Like an loan agreement to a third party, essentially allowing one party to assign their role in the contract to someone else. PLEASE. PROVIDE ME WITH THE ASSIGNMENT CONTRACT. NO OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED TO PROVIDE YOU PLAZA SERVICES LLC HAS THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ALLEGED DEBT. If not provided I will forward this complaint on over to a Legal Repesentative Attorney FDCPA under 15 USC 1692g
