I just checked my credit report, and I don't understand why this collection is showing on my Transunion credit report because I don't have a contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX, Account # XXXX. I am not liable for this debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also don't have a signed contract or application with this collection agency. This is a violation of my consumer rights according to the FCRA, under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 5 ) : Removal of Inaccurate/ Invalidated credit information. I also have the right to privacy, and you are violating it by putting this inaccurate account on my credit report. Delete this inaccurate collection account and mail me a corrected copy of my credit report. This is notification that I will seek civil liability as per 15 U.S.C. 1692k for every violation of my consumer rights.
