I hope this complaint finds you well. I have expressed numerous times over the years especially the past year to have TRANSUNION CONSUMER SOLUTIONS accurately verify my account. I have sent proof of my entity, proof of the other bureaus deleting the alleged accounts due to lack of proof. I've also expressed that I have the capacity to under my federally protected rights. They keep sending emails and stall letters about the dispute being accurate. They have NEVER provided me PROOF of ANY documentation of my wet-ink signature, that proves these alleged accounts belong to me. TRANSUNION has successfully humiliated me. As a consumer under my federally protected rights, I have NOT given any company, or persons written instructions or verbal permission to list these alleged accounts. THAT IS A VIOLATION ACCORDING TO 15 U.S.C 1681b. I will not keep putting up with these violations and will be seeking litigation in a small claims court against your company, seeking {$1000.00} for EACH violation for EACH month for DEFAMATION, NEGLIGENT ENABLEMENT OF IDENTITY FRAUD, VIOLATIONS FOR THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, FINANCIAL INJURY, PENALTY OF PERJURY ( 18 USC 1028 AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT ), VIOLATIONS OF 15 USC 1692g, 15 USC 1692a ( ABUSIVE PRACTICES ), 15 USC 1681b ( PERMISSIBLE PURPOSES OF CONSUMER REPORTS ), 15 USC 1681 4A B2 ( MISLEADING FALSE REPORTING ), 15 USC 1666b ( TIMING OF PAYMENTS ).
