I am writing to formally dispute the LATE PAYMENT HISTORY entry on my credit report. These entries constitute a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ). List of Companies and Unauthorized Reporting : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The above ARE INACCUTATE and Specifically violates my rights with Unlawful Furnishing of Consumer Reports Without Authorization & Improper Late Payment Designation : Violation of FCRA Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports : According to 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ), a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report only with the consumers explicit written instructions. I did not authorize and I request you have the companies send verification and all the documentation they claim to have received from me and the Verification steps the conducted to confirm it was me and had EXPLICIT authorization they received from me Improper Late Payment Designation : Under 15 U.S.C. 1666b, creditors must adopt reasonable procedures to ensure statements are delivered at least 21 days before the payment due date. If this procedure was not followed, the late payment designation is invalid. I did not receive such documentation AND i did not authorize.
