ON THIS DATE OF TUESDAY XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX AM SUBMITTING THIS CRITICAL CHARGE AND COMPLAINT AGAINST RUSHMORE SERVICING FOR MORTGAGE DESCRIMINATION THESE ACTS OF ABUSE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS PRODUCED AGINST ME SINCE XX/XX/XXXX FOR THE FOLLOWING THE COMMUNICATION IS POOR RELATED TO A LANGUAGE BARRIOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT I SENT IN TO SHOW PROOF OF OWENERSHIP VIA FAX AND EMAIL ESTIMATED OVER 200 PAGES OF DOCUMENTS THAT THIS COMPANY AND ITS UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS STATE THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE I THE MORTGAGE WAS ORIGINALLY WITH CHASE UNTIL THEY UNEXPECTLY SOLD IT TO RUSHMORE THIS COMPANY HAS PUT ME THREW EMOTIONALLY DISTRESS TROUBLY SLEEPING EXTREAM WORRING THE THREATS OF FOURCLOSURE AND DEMAND LETTERS I AM HAVING TROUBLE WORKING BECAUSE OF THIS AND THESE THREATS LAST YEAR THIS COMPANY SENT A GROUP OF UNKNOWN SUBJECTS TO MY ADRESS AND PUT MY FAMILY IN GREAT FEAR AND DANGER I HAD TO RUSH HOME AND LEAVE WORK EARLY FOR THE PROTECTION OF MY FAMILY EXTREAM POUNDING ON MY DOOR ONE OF THEM ATTEMPTED TO CLIMB THREW THE WINDOW UNTIL A FAMILY MEMBER WENT TO THE DOOR AND SHE SUSTAINED VERBAL ABUSE WHICH SHE HAS A MEDICAL CONDITION AND A OLDER XXXX XXXX THAT ALSO HAS A MEDICAL CONDITION I HAVE EVERYTHING ON CAMERA ON THE DATE OF XX/XX/XXXX OF THIS YEAR I WIRED FROM MY BANK XXXX DOLLARS TO THIS COMPANY RELATED TO THE PAYOFF WHICH WHAT WAS STATED TO ME THIS MONEY WAS TO PAY OFF THIS PROPERTY WHICH I OCCUPY JUST TO FIND OUT A FEW DAYS AGO UPON CALLING TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE PAYOFF LETTER I WAS INFORMEND THAT XXXX GOT SENT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT ANY FORMAL NOTIFICATION AND PRIOR TO THIS DATE OF XX/XX/XXXX I WAS LAID OFF OF WORK FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS UNTIL RETURNING TO WORK XX/XX/XXXX OF THIS YEAR AND NOW THE FUNDS ARE EVAPORTAED DO TO BILL PAYMENT AUTOMATICALLY COMMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND HAD LIMITED FUNDING FROM UNEMPLOYMENT AND NOW I AM BACKED UP XXXX AND IN FEAR THIS COMPANY HAS PUT ME AND MY FAMILY THREW TORTURE WATCHING MY LOVED ONES CRY IN FEAR AND WORRINING THE XXXX THE XXXX THE XXXX XXXX BECAUSE OF THIS NEGLIAGENCE I AM BACKED UP UPON CALLING TO OBTAIN OTHER INFORMATION NOW THEY STATED THAT I OVER PAID I CONSOULED THIS EVIDENCE TO A LAYWER AND THEY STATED THAT THE CONCLUSION TO THAT WAS PRINCIPLE AND OTHER FEES WHERE FACTORED IN THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF I NEED JUSTICE I NEED THIS COMPANY TO BE CHARGED AND I NEED ANSWERS THIS IS A GENERATIONAL HOUSE FROM FAMILY TO FAMILY AND WATCHED SO MANY LOVED ONES PASS OVER THREW OUT THE YEARS I NEED HELP OF ANY KIND MY NAME IS XXXX XXXX I HOPE THIS COMPANY CAN SUPPLY THE COMPASSION SUPPORT AND EMPATHY THAT ME ANY MY FAMILY NEED AT THIS TIME GOD SPEED
