Fair collection and outsourcing ( FCO ) on XX/XX/year> did reach an agreement to settle the debt owed to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$840.00} and i did make the payment and they have refused to acknowledge the payment or honor the agreement made. i have reached out to them to figure out the issue but they have ignored me. NOTE : i did reach out to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to inform them of my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX of 2024 ... and i requested for my SCRA to be applied to my debt before my return from XXXX, and they did not acknowledge my request .... so selling my debt during such time without my notice is also against the law and they have also at the point decided to ignore the payment and the agreement i have reached with the to complete this payment.
