Ive called the last month after I paid this account on a settlement offer. This account was paid XXXX on an agreement through a 3rd party. XXXX has not remove this account but steady reporting on a closed settlement agreement. This is effecting my score negatively and needs removed. Spoke with XXXX and they state they have to report even though the account is closed and resolved on a settlement balance.
