'' Per 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ), consumer reports should not contain information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. Request for Investigation Procedures : I kindly request the following as part of your response : A detailed description of the procedure used to investigate and verify the disputed account, in compliance with FCRA 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 7 ). Proof of reasonable procedures per 15 USC 1666 ( b ) that periodic statements were mailed to me at least 21 days before the payment due dates.
