Nordstrom card services is violating 15 usc 1666b by not sending required statements. Claiming they will not follow the law unless some act is done by meet this violates federal and state law. They have created 3 late payments for interest i was never told about. My account was paid in full when I called them the first time. They are harming me and my family reducing my credit standing capacity and character and causing much harm over " {$42.00} '' of interest. They have refused to send statements as required by law and refused to to send my even my card as agreed. I should not have to go anywhere and present anything for them to follow the law.
