XXXX years ago I entered an agreement to repay my escrow amount. It seemed odd to have an overage of so much but I agreed. The XXXX years is up and XXXX cant get any information on decreasing my payment amount. Each agent talks me through how to look at my account and then the phone mysteriously hangs up in the middle of our conversation. When I call back, the phone just keeps hanging up. This has been going on for months. This year, Fay Servicing has stated that I owe over XXXX XXXX in escrow and I want a spelled out analysis of how it became so high and what do I have to do to bring it down in order to pay my monthly mortgage without losing my home. My insurance and property taxes are incorporated into my mortgage. There is no contact information on their website and when I call I get hung up on each time i try to talk to someone. Instead of talking with a regular customer service agent, I asked to put me through directly to a supervisor to avoid being hung up on. Twice I was told that someone would call me and its been over XXXX weeks and no one has called me yet. I do not feel they are doing doing business practices and I would like for someone to look into their practices.
