PenFed has the following promotion and they have missed the second bonus payment per their own terms and conditions. The latest customer service agent is making up their own terms which are inconsistent with PenFeds actual terms and conditions which I am providing below : 1. To receive each of the monthly {$25.00} statement credits, you must spend at least {$300.00} each month using your PenFed Credit Card ending in XXXX during each month, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. If you spend {$300.00} in each three of the above timeframes, you will receive an additional {$25.00} bonus as a statement credit. The statement credits will be applied to your account within 4 weeks after the end of the promotional period in which it was earned ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ). This limited-time offer is only valid for the credit card number referenced above and is nontransferable. Cash back will be awarded in the form of a one-time statement credit and does not affect your minimum payment due. Cash advances, credit card checks, and balance transfers do not contribute towards the {$300.00} purchase minimum for each month. Each account is eligible to earn one statement credit of {$25.00} during each month of the promotional period stated above plus one bonus {$25.00} statement credit if {$300.00} is spent in each month of the promotional period. The customer service agent told me via email that I wont get my XXXX payout until four weeks after XX/XX/XXXX. However, if you actually take the time to read the terms above, the agent is clearly wrong.
