My husband and I have communicated with them via U.S. certified mail ( XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXWe are requesting for the company to update our credit reports by deleting this unsubstantiated debt from all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ). ) requesting additional information and have not received the information requested. Their response included pictures of a unit that was not ours. Their response also included a lease that was fabricated, as indicated by the name on the lease. We have waited over a year to give ample time to allow them to do their due diligence, yet still have not received the documentation we requested. I have attached all correspondence and tracking information for the certified letter. We have an unsubstantiated debt being reported to the credit bureaus and this is concerning to me as a consumer.
