This account was previously removed from all XXXX credit bureaus due to fraud, but a new third-party creditor has acquired it from another third-party creditor stating that is was for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account , and reinstated it on my credit report. I have requested a debt validation letter from them, which has gone unanswered. I requested to see the original signature that I agreed to on the contract for this XXXX XXXX. Reference # XXXX. ACCOUNT NUMBER ENDING IN : XXXX, I also Requested to know has there been any insurance claims found on this debt? I wanted to see the chain of title that allows you to collect on this debt, and I wanted to see the chain of title that allows you to collect on this debt in the state of Georgia. The account is closed, and XXXX XXXX has claimed insurance on it. Neither Resurgent Capital Services nor LVNV Funding LLC is legally entitled to collect on this account. None of this has been provided to me by neither of the third party collection company.
