I applied for a personal loan online, was pre approved, and hard credit query was performed. Upon approval, I was required to submit XXXX documents, a pay stub, and a document with my bank information ( bank statement or voided check were specified ). I provided a bank statement, which was declined due to part of the account number being blurred. They then requested a voided check. I went to my bank and got a voided check, scanned and submitted it. Then XXXX hours later, I received a message telling me my document verification could not be completed and that I had a detailed message sent to my account inbox regarding this message. Within the same minute, I received another email telling me my account had been terminated. Now I can not access the account to view the message, and I have spoken with XXXX people on the phone within the company to try to figure out where I can receive this message and all three have told me I will not be receiving another message and they can not help me.
