Refilling complaint due to inappropriate closure of complaint without allowing for further resolution. Original complaint : Discover financial services phone line is repeatedly inappropriate and rude with me and refuses to provide appropriate customer service. Unfortunately as an extension, they have projected their inappropriate behavior onto me and wrongfully blamed me for problems that they caused by mistreating me. Unfortunately, they have denied me phone access and restricted me to written communication only which is not accessible to me as I am XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Update to complaint : Company responded and once again falsely accused me of being inappropriate and refused to address the issue : Discovers customer service is repeated extremely inappropriate and rude and they repeatedly refused to help me and hang up on me when I get onto them for not helping me at all. Recently, they put a communication restriction on me that is inappropriate and illegal. Discover needs to address their bad customer service and not blame customers if the restriction is not immediately removed, I will be pressing charges as well as filing a XXXX figure lawsuit against the company. Discover has no right to refuse to talk to someone because they refuse to address their bad customer service. I am XXXX so I do come off very direct however recently they have been extremely empathetic rude and just unwilling to serve the customer and for simple issues it often takes 10 to 15 calls just to get something done because they keep rudely hanging up on people instead of helping them, customer service representatives are to serve the customer. End of story. Please stop falsely blaming me for an issue you caused.
